Job summary

Belk is seeking a Support Flex Associate in Orangeburg, SC to drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience by processing inbound truck deliveries and ensuring merchandise is customer-ready. The role is hourly and supports store operations, inventory accuracy, and back-of-house organization.

Responsibilities include assisting with floor sets, promotions, and packing customer orders, while maintaining cleanliness and product knowledge to enhance the in-store experience for shoppers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Unload cartons from truck deliveries and sort by department to ready products for the sales floor.
• Assist with inventory tasks including sensor tag application, transfers, damage handling and RFID accuracy.
• Support facilities tasks such as lighting, work orders, and housekeeping to maintain store upkeep.
• Support merchandise and storefront activities like floor sets, price changes, and order picking/packing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize stock, tools, and equipment for efficient operations.
