SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

The Retail Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the overall effectiveness of the Retail Operations Team. This position manages a range of administrative tasks and supports core functions to optimize efficiency. The role also contributes to ongoing maintenance coordination, internal communication efforts, and various special projects across the retail stores.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Support the development and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity across global retail locations
  • Assist in managing and streamlining field communications to ensure timely and accurate information flow
  • Support the execution of retail policies, procedures, and key initiatives
  • Maintain and update retail trackers, store directories, calendars, and operational reports
  • Compile, organize, and distribute store-facing materials and training documentation
  • Track compliance and completion of operational checklists and assigned initiatives
  • Manage maintenance tickets and monitor store condition follow-ups
  • Coordinate with Factory partners and vendors as needed to support store upkeep
  • Oversee documentation, vendor coordination and expense tracking to ensure accuracy and organized workflows
  • Support project rollouts by coordinating tasks, timeline, and follow-through

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Recommended minimum of 2 years of retail experience or related support roles
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with retail systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative team player with a solution-oriented mindset
