We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an P&C Business Operations Coordinator to join the team in one of our CohnReznick offices.

CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Engage and build strong relationships across teams to support continued development of and adherence to project set-up and maintenance processes, issue escalation and problem resolution
  • Manage day-to-day approach to complete work and meet established SLAs across workstreams
  • Problem-solving with a solution driven mindset
  • Communicate across business teams to resolve data issues, escalating issues as appropriate, identifying opportunities for efficiency and process enhancements and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedure
  • Project Setup intake, extracting budgets, preparing files and importing to SAP
  • Import demand to applicable system(s)
  • Communicate with client service professionals to address questions or incomplete data
  • Assign appropriate owners to various task using a detailed standard operational procedure and workflow structure
  • Escalate technical or process issues to appropriate parties and following to resolution
  • Management of SharePoint site to complete steps and status
  • Set up bill rates in SAP and the ability to work through workflow structure.
  • Create and maintain bill rates and conditional bill rates in SAP
  • Maintain SAP project assignments in SAP, where applicable
  • Add and maintain subcontractors and cost rates in SAP
  • On-going SAP project set up maintenance
  • Collaborate and work with global team to organize responsibilities and roles of daily tasks

YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A flexible attitude to working hours is necessary as the role is required to work effectively across multiple time zones
  • As this role is remote, the individual must be comfortable with Microsoft Teams and various meeting tools
  • Experience with creating successful and productive working relationships as a means of driving strategy, processes, and tasks through quality completion
  • Aptitude toward or experience with supporting change management principles and associated activities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
