Pay Range
USD $19.60 - USD $23.06 /Hr.

Work Schedule
M-F 8am to 5pm CT

Overview
Due to growth, we are adding a Coordinator, Operations Data to our CAO Implementation department. The role involves ensuring data accuracy, generating reports, supporting process improvements, and managing data from Kanban boards.

Responsibilities

• Capture and reconcile work cards from Kanban boards into the data management system.
• Generate and analyze operational reports.
• Assist in sizing operational requests and support process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain high data quality and integrity.
• Support training material creation and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Kanban boards, data analysis, and dashboard reporting.
• Proven data entry and management skills.
• Understanding of compliance and diversity principles.
