Pay Range
USD $19.60 - USD $23.06 /Hr.

Overview
Due to growth, we are adding a Coordinator, Operations Data to our CAO Implementation department.
The Coordinator, Operations Data ensures efforts are in alignment with the Claim Adjudication Operations (CAO) team to leverage technology and process improvement for the purpose of meeting the business needs of Navitus customers, clients, members, and pharmacies by accurately administering benefits. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing and managing data from Kanban boards, ensuring data accuracy, generating operational reports, assisting with the sizing of operational requests, and supporting various process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
How do I make an impact on my team?
- Capture new and completed work cards from Kanban boards into the data management system with precision.
- Reconcile Kanban boards with the data management system to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Generate and analyze comprehensive operational work reports.
- Record and report the duration of work requests accurately.
- Assist in sizing operational requests based on established criteria, ensuring consistency and reliability.
- Run and report production control dashboard metrics, maintaining high standards of quality.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date and error-free records.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data integrity and quality.
- Assist in the creation and ongoing maintenance of training materials, work instructions, and policies, ensuring clarity and effectiveness.
- May include after-hour and/or weekend hours depending on workload
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
What our team expects from you?
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- Experience with Kanban boards and operational data analysis
- Familiarity with production control and dashboard reporting
- Proven experience in data entry and data management, with a focus on quality assurance
- Understanding of compliance and diversity, equity, and inclusion principles
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
- The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
