Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Retail Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operational compliance across store locations. You will work with store teams to ensure procedures are followed, inventory processes are accurate, and audits are prepared and closed out on time.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in retail operations, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Some travel to local stores for visits and training will be required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in retail operations, store support, inventory, or compliance (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Comfortable working with inventory systems and basic reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel locally to store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operational compliance across assigned retail stores.
• Communicate with store team members regarding receiving and processing inventory shipments.
• Assist stores in preparing for and passing comparable audits.
• Track and follow up on audit findings and operational issues.
• Coordinate maintenance requests with internal teams and vendors.

Position SummaryThe Retail Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day operational compliance of retail store locations. This role works closely with store teams to ensure operational standards are followed, inventory processes are completed accurately, and audit and maintenance requirements are met.
