About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on National Operations Specialist to strengthen retail operations across our national footprint. What You'll Do
  • Conduct operational and White Glove Audits, identify gaps, and help teams implement lasting improvements.

  • Develop and maintain national standard operating procedures that account for state-specific requirements and market needs.

  • Lead the implementation of new operational initiatives, systems, and processes across regions.

  • Provide hands-on training and follow-up to help store teams adopt new workflows.

  • Partner with the National Trainer to align operational training with established programs.

  • Serve as a central resource for regional Inventory Leads, facilitate biweekly inventory calls, and improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.

  • Improve drive-thru operations, including workflows, wait times, layouts, and menus.

  • Support operational readiness for new store openings.

  • Coordinate with Accounting and Marketing to prepare store teams for new-vendor launches.

  • Provide targeted support to Regional Managers through special projects, issue resolution, and temporary operational coverage.

  • Share best practices across markets and track the adoption and impact of improvements.

You'll work alongside Regional Managers and General Managers, who retain responsibility for store performance and people management. Your focus will be operational improvement, implementation, and consistent execution.

What You Bring
  • Experience in multi-unit retail operations, process improvement, or a related field.

  • A strong understanding of store workflows and day-to-day operational execution.

  • The ability to identify root causes and turn complex challenges into practical solutions.

  • Strong project-management skills and the ability to prioritize competing needs across locations.

  • Experience developing or implementing standard operating procedures.

  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to coaching teams.

  • The ability to influence results and build accountability without direct reporting authority.

  • Comfort working independently and adapting to different markets and store environments.

  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently nationwide.

Preferred: Experience supporting multiple states or markets and working in a highly regulated retail environment.
