Job summary

Qualifications

2–3 years of retail operations experience.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Take the lead by performing all back-of-house operations in a Tiffany store.
Provide excellent client service and partner with store leadership on initiatives which supports the team and drives sales goals.
Be a key holder who acts as manager on duty when a manager is unavailable.
Coordinate order fulfillment, inventory, client service activities, and may open/close the store.
Support operational excellence by improving productivity and coordinating work with the operations team.
