Job summary

Kith is seeking a Part-Time Customer Experience Associate for our West Hollywood store. You will greet customers, process sales, and support client advisors to ensure a world-class in-store experience.

Responsibilities include cashier duties, returns, and helping maintain visual standards and stock replenishment. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role emphasizes teamwork and flexible collaboration with management.

Qualifications

• Open & flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• 1+ year in retail sales and customer service roles.
• 1+ year in apparel, footwear, or luxury goods preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and provide best-in-class service to all customers.
• Handle cashier duties including cash handling and returns.
• Support Client Advisors to deliver efficient service during and after store visits.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and Mobile POS transactions under supervision.
• Ensure visual standards and stock replenishment are maintained on the sales floor.
