Job summary

Guitar Center in Round Rock, TX is seeking an Operations Associate to support store operations and deliver a great customer experience. You will handle stock, shipments, and merchandising while maintaining records and assisting with daily tasks in a busy retail environment.

The role requires basic MS Office skills, the ability to work weekends and extended hours, and a proactive team player mindset. Physical lifting, 40 lbs, is expected in this position.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inventory control tasks and stock management.
• Process shipping and receiving of gear and merchandise.
• Perform cycle counts and accuracy checks.
• Stock and merchandize to planograms for optimal display.
• Print and place signage and price signs (POP).
• Manage cash handling procedures accurately.
• Maintain shrink control and asset protection measures.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.
