Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking an Operations Associate to help manage shipping/receiving, inventory control, and merchandising across our stores in Utah. You will support daily operations to ensure customers have a great in-store experience.

The role requires ability to work in a loud retail environment, lift up to 40 lbs, and be available on weekends, holidays, and evenings. Join a team that values collaboration and customer focus in a music-centric setting.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must be able to work in a loud environment for 5–8 hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and work weekends/holidays/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Tasks related to inventory control.
• Shipping and receiving of gear and other items.
• Cycle counting of inventory (preparation and execution).
• Stocking and merchandising to a planogram.
• Printing and placing signage and price signs (POP).
• Cash handling and shrink awareness.
• Additional duties as assigned.
