Job summary

ALO in Chestnut Hill, MA is seeking an Operations Associate to drive profitability and efficiency on the store team. You will work with the Operations & Visual Management team to initiate work, complete tasks, and provide feedback to achieve optimal results.

You will move across the sales floor, handle inventory, shipping and replenishment, maintain visual standards, and support safe, productive store operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a client-centric, sales or operations environment.
• Constant movement in all store areas and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and twist; stand for a full shift.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with drive to excel individually and in a team.
• Aligns with ALO's Guiding Principles.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with store leadership to improve processes.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor sets and supply management.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with budgets, expenses, vendors, technology and facilities.
• Promote a safe work environment and efficient stockroom practices.
• Move across the floor to support business needs and guest service.
• Engage in company-level operations directives with the team.
• Process shipments and ensure product flow with daily replenishment.
