This full-time, non-exempt position requires standing and movement on the floor and open availability across the week, including the holiday period.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Must be able to move constantly around store.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on a busy retail floor.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment and floor sets.
• Maintain visual standards and assist guests with needs.
• Use metrics to guide business decisions and improve operations.
