Job summary

Guitar Center in Sacramento is seeking an Operations Associate to join store operations. You will handle inventory control, shipping and receiving, cycle counting, and merchandise products to improve the customer experience in-store.

Responsibilities include stocking to a planogram, creating signage, monitoring shrink, and performing other duties assigned. Candidate should be comfortable in a loud retail environment and capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Inventory control
• Shipping and receiving of gear and other items
• Cycle counting of inventory
• Stocking and merchandising to a planogram
• Printing and placing of signage and price signs (POP)
• Shrink awareness and control
• Additional duties as assigned
