Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, keep fixtures stocked, and maintain cleanliness. You will assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager in pursuing sales goals with attention to procedures and guest experience.

Requirements include a high school diploma (preferred) and about 1 year of relevant experience. Proficiency with POS and Apple devices, teamwork, and problem solving are needed. Flexible schedule with weekends and holidays may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and complete operational processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
