Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to help deliver an exceptional guest experience by keeping merchandise stocked, store cleanliness, and operations running smoothly. You will support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with daily tasks and compliance to procedures.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (preferred), about 1 year of retail or related experience, and comfort with basic technology such as POS systems and Apple devices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on operational excellence to support sales and guest experience.
• Keep fixtures stocked and maintain store cleanliness.
• Follow processes and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Assist in inventory counts, merchandising resets, and task completion.
• Protect company assets and provide exceptional guest service.
