Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support daily store operations, keep fixtures stocked, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment for guests. You will help drive sales by ensuring product availability and executing merchandise resets and inventory procedures with accuracy.

The role requires following company procedures, maintaining a neat appearance, and delivering exceptional guest service across shifts including mornings and evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices).
• Able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on store operational excellence by stocking merchandise and maintaining cleanliness.
• Support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager through focus on performance, people, and process.
• Complete tasks as assigned and adhere to procedures.
• Maintain inventory counts and replenish products as needed.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices and delivering guest service.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty policies, dress code, and safety standards.
