Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a Task Associate to support store operations, keep fixtures stocked, and ensure a clean, welcoming guest experience. You will assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, follow procedures, and help maintain inventory accuracy while delivering great service.

The role requires flexibility including early mornings, weekends and holidays. Prior retail experience and comfort with basic technology are a plus in this dynamic beauty destination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology such as POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals by ensuring tasks are completed and products are available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard, shipments, replenishment, inventory counts and procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Support the MM and OM through performance, people and process initiatives.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty policies, dress code and operational standards.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays and testing procedures as directed.
• Keep work areas replenished, faced, and testers available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap and backroom.
• Contribute to loss prevention and guest service excellence.
