You will follow procedures, adhere to dress code, and participate in ongoing training to drive sales and maintain high store standards. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., POS system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stocked fixtures and keep store areas clean and organized.
• Support MM and OM through performance metrics and processes.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and inventory procedures.
• Ensure replenishment, signing, facing, and tester availability for customers.
• Maintain overall store standards and guest service.
