Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to deliver operational excellence in support of sales and guest experiences. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain store cleanliness and complete assigned tasks, partnering with the Merchandis e Manager and Operations Manager to focus on performance, people, and process.

The role requires flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. You will follow store procedures, assist with merchandise resets and inventory, and ensure testers

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and replenishment processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment for teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training to support development and sales performance.
• Follow policies, dress code, and standard operating procedures.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory, and shipments using Ulta Beauty tech.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping areas replenished, signed, and faced.
• Maintain store cleanliness across sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom and break area.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices and providing guest service.
