Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a Task Associate to support store operations, keep fixtures stocked, and uphold cleanliness. You’ll assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with performance metrics, people, and processes to create an outstanding guest experience.

The role requires adherence to policies, a flexible schedule including early mornings and weekends, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Benefits and OT eligibility apply for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of shipment and replenishment processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and appearance across sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap, and backroom.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and provide exceptional guest service.
