Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a Task Associate to support store operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and complete assigned tasks with attention to detail while following company procedures.

This role requires a proactive team player who can work independently, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and handle a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology such as POS systems and Apple devices.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring all tasks are completed as planned.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Be knowledgeable of Ulta Beauty policies and dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventories, and shipments using Ulta Beauty’s systems.
• Keep the sales floor and back areas clean, stocked, and assist in loss prevention.
