Job summary

Advantage-Solutions is seeking a Retail Operations Specialist (ROS) to bridge information between retail operations, clients, and local markets. The role provides analytical support, synthesizes upstream data, and creates actionable reporting to guide field prioritization.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in route-based retail operations.
• 4+ years of applicable work experience.
• 2+ years of supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and Office skills; data analysis proficiency.
• Ability to navigate a decentralized organization and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with client objectives in distribution and new item speed to shelf.
• Review and approve cycle activities and onboarding feedback.
• Gatekeeper of onboarding and tracking new hires' productivity/results.
• Serve as liaison with Talent Acquisition/Total Rewards for hiring/onboarding.
• Communicate cycle priorities and promotional activities to Retail Management.
• Collaborate with client/BDM teams to consolidate information flow.
