Job summary

The ideal candidate will have at least an Associate's Degree, 1-3 years of route-based retail operations experience, and strong skills in retail management and communication.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in route-based retail operations.
• 4+ years of applicable work experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance regarding distribution and new item speed to shelf.
• Review and approve all cycle activities.
• Track new hires' productivity/results and provide feedback.
• Compile and consolidate information flow from client teams.
• Facilitate client retail visits/audits.
