Advantage Solutions seeks a dynamic Retail Operations Manager to lead and develop an assigned Retail Selling and Merchandising organization across a defined geography. You will oversee client and retailer coverage, drive KPI achievement, and implement client objectives through strong team leadership.

The role requires 5+ years in retail with people management, budgeting, and talent development. Travel is essential to cover the region and partner with Business Development Managers to grow base

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management
• 5+ years of retail experience with associate management

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-performing teams and ensure KPI execution across assigned region
• Develop people through training and succession planning
• Source and identify external talent and onboard new associates
• Manage budgets for area of responsibility
• Grow base business and add new business
• Travel and driving are essential duties of this role
