Job summary

Ethan Allen Retail, Inc. is seeking an Operations Administrator to support Pittsburgh area retail locations. The role involves managing daily operations for 2–3 design centers, coordinating communications, and ensuring accurate records and customer service. Travel to sites is required on a weekly basis.

The position is full-time, with a comprehensive benefits package and a focus on process improvements and margin optimization. Strong organizational and supervisory skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field with at least 1 year in a business environment including customer service.
• High School diploma/equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects independently.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of 2-3 retail design businesses with record keeping and customer service.
• Perform daily and month-end reviews and ensure accurate postings and reconciliations.
• Identify and resolve accounts receivable issues and coordinate with internal departments.
