Job summary

Michael Page partners with a national retailer to manage a high-volume program portfolio across multisite retail and commercial improvement projects. The role requires strong organizational, scheduling, and vendor-management skills to keep multiple projects moving in parallel.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in project management or coordination, Excel mastery, and PMP certification, with a background in construction or rollout programs for consumer-facing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• PMP Certification.
• 2–5 years of Project Manager or similar experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects using formal planning methodologies.
• Coordinate project execution from initiation through closeout.
• Track budgets, expenses, and overall financial performance.
• Monitor schedules to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Conduct status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
