Job summary

Singleton Construction, LLC seeks a Project Manager – Multi-Site Programs to lead nationwide retail and commercial rollout projects. Own client programs from estimating through closeout, manage multiple locations, and lead internal teams of APMs, coordinators, and superintendents.

You’ll develop repeatable processes, drive pricing accuracy, and protect margins while coordinating field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and schedules across states.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience.
• Experience leading multi-site, rollout, or national accounts.
• Strong estimating, bid, and preconstruction skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, job costs, and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned programs from estimating and pre-construction through closeout.
• Lead internal teams including APMs, coordinators, and superintendents.
• Manage multiple locations and schedules across states.
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and client expectations.
• Review drawings, scopes, specs, and requirements to develop estimates.
• Develop detailed, repeatable program pricing by trade/division.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, change orders, and financial performance.
• Lead program meetings with clear expectations and follow-through.
• Travel to project locations as needed.
• Develop repeatable processes to ensure consistent execution.
