The Successful Applicant has 5+ years in commercial construction, a BS degree, 3+ years PM experience, and ground-up project experience. General contractor background is preferred, with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years commercial construction experience.
• 3+ years Project Management experience.
• Ground up experience required.
• Experience running multiple projects at once.
• Preferably General Contractor experience.
• Familiarity with design-build.

Responsibilities

• Determine scheduling of project phases based on deadlines.
• Negotiate contracts with architects, vendors, contractors and others.
• Secure permits and manage delivery of materials to sites.
• Monitor progress, productivity, and safety compliance.
• Lead progress meetings with Superintendents and Subcontractors.
• Plan and schedule resources to meet budget and timing.
• Foster cooperative relationships with PMs, Superintendents, Subcontractors and Clients.
