Description

• Manage multiple concurrent projects utilizing formal project planning methodologies.
• Coordinate project execution from initiation through closeout.
• Support estimating, operations, and internal project delivery teams.
• Track budgets, project expenses, and overall financial performance.
• Monitor schedules and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Review project documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Conduct status meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
• Manage client concerns and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Delegate responsibilities effectively across internal and external resources.
• Maintain quality, budgetary, and safety expectations.
• Review contractor updates and ensure project activities remain on track.
• Prioritize and manage large portfolios of projects simultaneously.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Program Manager - Retail should have:

• 2 to 5 years of Project Manager or similar project coordination experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong data management and technology skills.
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite knowledge.
• Ability to make logical decisions under pressure.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP Certification.
• Retail, restaurant, renovation, rollout, or multisite construction experience.
• Experience with Visio, Adobe, and Smartsheet.
• Knowledge of construction, remodeling, and rollout programs within consumer-facing environments.
