Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Retail Install Project Manager to support multiple store locations within the Operations Department. • Proven project management experience in large-scale retail hardware deployments.
• Experience overseeing deployments across hundreds to thousands of locations.
• Background in IT hardware refreshes, POS systems, or retail tech deployments.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate multiple retail hardware installation projects across store locations.
• Lead two major retail installation programs with timeline adherence.
• Be primary contact for cross-functional communication including store divisions and vendors.
• Manage vendor relationships and consolidate work to optimize efficiency.
• Establish repeatable, scalable processes for deployments such as PC refreshes and terminal replacements.
