Qualifications

• 1+ year in banking or lending with residential property knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Interpersonal and negotiation strengths.
• Proficiency in standard computer applications.
• Must meet SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act within 30 days and pass NMLS background check.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute mortgage marketing plans to meet production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of Mortgage Strategies, Policies, and secondary market guidelines.
• Adhere to Truist policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide mortgage advice based on clients' needs and products.
• Leverage Truist referral processes to deepen client relationships.
