Job summary

T-Mobile in the United States is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations by helping customers with devices and service plans in a fast-paced setting. You will build proficiency in customer service and sales, use digital tools to show network coverage, and contribute to a seamless shopping experience.

You will complete product and process training, develop product knowledge, and engage customers through hands-on demonstrations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally able to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support.
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
