Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver for a retail/mall location in Tustin, CA. The role involves patrolling, high visibility to deter incidents, and delivering excellent customer service while supporting daily operations with integrity.

Applicants must have a valid driver’s license; a guard card/license is preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required. The position is full-time with a swing shift.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal policy requirements.
• Guard card and/or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, tenants, shoppers, and visitors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and document observed conditions per site guidelines.
• Conduct regular patrols of storefronts, common areas, exterior walkways, and parking areas to deter activity and report concerns.
• Monitor entrances and high-traffic areas for unusual activity and support a professional environment for the public and on-site personnel.
• Communicate with store representatives, property staff, and local responders regarding incidents, alarms, and medical calls.
