Job summary

TJX Stores seeks a store associate supervisor to help grow the sales floor through effective receiving, merchandising, and customer service. You will work with team members to maintain high quality standards while supporting store goals.

Key responsibilities include training Associates, ensuring proper tagging and stock rotation, and communicating priorities with management to drive efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months of leadership experience
• Ability to lift heavy objects

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Provide excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles and ensures tagging and coding are correct.
• Communicate with management to ensure flow of goods to the sales floor and monitor team productivity.
