Heart Response Ministry is seeking a Retail Merchandising & Team Associate to support daily store operations, assist the Team Supervisor, and guide volunteers while maintaining an organized, welcoming retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Required
• Experience in retail and merchandising - 3+ years. Preferred
• Experience building, leading and managing teams. Preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist Team Supervisor, guide and oversee volunteers, and support daily operations.
• Receive, organize, price, and stock incoming merchandise.
• Assist with cashiering and customer service duties as needed.
• Promote a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for volunteers, staff, and customers.
