Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience: 3 years, supervisory preferred.
• Basic computer and cash handling skills.
• Willingness to work in a faith-based organization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store employees and volunteers act in line with Miracle Hill Ministries policies.
• Provide Christ-centered leadership that treats all with fairness and respect.
• Cultivate a Christ-centered store environment through excellent service and leadership of staff.
• Communicate and resolve employee, donor, and customer concerns courteously.
• Ensure timely processing and placement of incoming merchandise and go-backs on the floor.
• Maintain neat, clean, and customer-friendly store appearance and layout.
• Train thrift associates and volunteers in standard operating procedures; provide coaching.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and secure funds.
• Set example for efficient customer service and work ethic.
• Assist in planning staff schedules and assign duties to staff/volunteers.
• Evaluate inventory needs and order merchandise from warehouse/vendors.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed and hazards are addressed.
• Encourage spiritual growth and daily devotional leadership.
