Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader to guide a store’s merchandising strategy, coach a team of merchants, and ensure brand standards are consistently met. You’ll lead floor execution, replenishment, and guest-ready presentation while upholding AEO values and driving sales.

You will train and develop staff, provide real-time feedback, and manage performance through regular touchbases and reviews, ensuring the store delivers an outstanding guest experience

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams in a store environment.
• Strong coaching and training skills.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing floor productivity and guest experience.
• Coach team to meet AEO brand standards and execute floorsets.
• Recruit, train and develop associates, conduct performance feedback and reviews.
