Job summary

Retail Odyssey is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers, build displays, reset shelves, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities. You will also assist with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, while delivering excellent customer service daily.

You must be comfortable interacting with customers and management, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have 1–2 years of merchandising experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Ability to lead and train others.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
