Retail Odyssey is seeking a motivated in-store merchandising associate in Sun City, AZ to help retailers meet shoppers’ needs. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed. You will also assist with reporting, scheduling, onboarding new hires, and collaborate with leadership to deliver excellent service.

Formación

• 18 years or older and able to perform physical duties up to 50 lbs.
• 1–2 years merchandising experience preferred.
• Experience leading and training people is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with action-oriented mindset.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Safety-first approach in a retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory.
