Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 2 years experience in retail or similar industry.
• Experience supervising teams or associates with coaching to achieve daily goals.

Responsibilities

• Execute store merchandising standards and price changes as directed.
• Maintain a well-recovered selling floor to attract customers.
• Replenish product based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Coach and train associates on merchandising direction and brand standards.
• Assist with pricing activities and ticketing procedures.
• Support training on product knowledge and tools per Kohl’s standards.
• Collaborate with Operations on incoming product for efficient execution.
