Job summary

TJX Companies’ Marshalls store is seeking an upbeat leader to guide daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain organized merchandising. You will oversee receiving, tagging, and replenishment while coaching Associates and promoting safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of retail experience with 6 months of leadership, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards ensuring efficient processing by Associates.
• Provide excellent customer experiences through friendly engagement and a clean store.
• Mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles and ensure proper tagging and stocking.
• Coordinate with the Coordinator on Duty to maintain flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Monitor team productivity and provide coaching as needed.
• Maintain backroom organization, signage, and safety standards.
• Support store shrink reduction goals and participate in safety initiatives.
