Job summary

TJX Companies' Marshalls location is seeking an enthusiastic team member to execute receiving and merchandising standards while delivering an excellent customer experience. You will work to process and stock efficiently, train peers, and maintain a clean, organized store environment with a strong emphasis on safety and rewards programs.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail and 6 months in a leadership capacity, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• At least 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience and maintain store standards.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise processing.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, and coded.
• Maintain backroom organization and cleanliness.
• Support safety, labor, and shrink reduction programs.
• Communicate priorities and progress with management.
• Promote and apply store policies and programs.
