Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Merchandise Manager for the Pitt- Beaver/Monaca, PA location to drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing integrity, and promotional execution. The role focuses on maintaining a customer-ready store environment through strong workload planning and inventory management.

You will lead SOP adherence, stock accuracy, and VIS standards while coordinating with store leadership to ensure on-schedule

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication and coaching skills

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution, sorting, and merchandise flow to the sales floor
• Oversee planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards
• Ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and store leadership on shift
• Manage inventory control, replenishment, and backroom organization
• Oversee Ship from Store, RTVs and ASN processes, and loss prevention measures
