Qualifications

• Proficiency with basic technology and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals (sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni‑channel, shrink).
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top‑line sales growth.
• Assist with scheduling and payroll budgeting to maximize productivity.
• Review and react to financial and operational reporting and audits.
• Perform makeup applications and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service.
• Maintain attendance and enforce Ulta Beauty attendance policy.
• Lead by example to ensure exceptional guest experience and brand standards.
