• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience enforcing SOPs and company programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure accurate pricing, promotional execution and customer-ready store environment.
• Train, coach and develop team members through structured onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
