• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Oversee truck execution and inventory routines to support in-stock levels.
• Lead planogram execution and visual merchandising in line with company standards.
• Manage ad sets, pricing changes, and Ship from Store fulfillment to ensure accuracy.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership, service standards, and operational continuity.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building across departments.
