Job summary

You will lead workload planning, provide MOD coverage, manage in-stock optimization, ship-from-store, and coach a team to maintain a customer-ready store. This role requires standing for long periods and frequent lifting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience in supervising store operations and merchandising workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution.
• Oversee truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs and ASN processes, and inventory adjustments.
• Train, coach, and develop team members across assigned departments.
