Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to multi-task and adapt to changes in direction.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring efficiency.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes processing of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
