Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Associate at Sierra Store in Saint Cloud, MN. You will support receiving and merchandising standards, ensure efficient processing of goods, and deliver an excellent customer experience through teamwork and strong service.

You’ll train Associates on merchandising, organize backstock, maintain cleanliness, and help meet store goals. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required; prior retail and leadership exposure is valued.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn merchandising and processing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring efficient processing.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent experience.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising principles.
• Organize back stock for easy replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the backroom.
• Promote and support store shrink reduction goals.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and store policies.
